I want to start a solar cell testing centre in india, how can i proceed ?
i am a engineer and see future in solar but i have very less knowledge about solar industry.. to start with, i wish to begin with solar cell testing centre, would appreciate your inputs and ideas on how may i proceed ?

If you do this without much knowledge of the industry (your own self assessment) one of your biggest problems will be to get customers. Very likely you will "die" from lack of cash flow!
The classical way to handle this is to enter the (in your case) solar cell industry either in manufacturing or with a major long term user and work on most if not all of - research, technical design, manufacturing, testing and application of the technology. Build up your knowledge and, perhaps more important, your contacts over a few years until you are well known to some potential clients who might outsource testing and that you have thereby established a pretty secure potential customer base you can "take with you". Then start your test centre. This of course assumes that you have meanwhile carefully checked that an independent external test facility is a commercially viable entity.
