Their are 4 solenoids in my transmission. I replaced shift a and b and the computer is now telling me it is the TCC PWM Solenoid. I have a 1997 Chevy blazer 4.3 Vortec with a 4L60E transmission. I have pic's if it helps you.

Hooking up high Amp Dc motor... help!?
I'm buying a 40 Amp dc motor for a high torque application. I'm thinking of hooking up the following system:
A control board with a microprocessor and PWM output hooked into a 40 Amp motor control. That motor control is then connected to my dc motor and i'm going to hook up an electrical wire to the motor through the motor control as well.
2 Questions:
Will this setup work?
How can I power this... I understand most outlets put out 20-30 amps and i need 40 so what can I do to increase the amount.

no, it won't work . . .
the motor you are buying uses 12V DC
the plug on the wall is 110V AC
you would need a high output AC to DC converter and a 12V motor control and it would have to be 220V AC or you would have to replace your service entrance with a panel that could handle 50A @ 110V AC, which is what most RV's use to power multi A/C's and microwave ovens.
forget about pwm control, you would have to switch the ground side for that to work, and that kind of current drain would cause instantaneous meltdown, just try to find a relay that could handle that.
